Cancellation and no-show policy:

• High/Low Season; No refund for no shows and cancellations made less than 21 days prior to reservation dates. A full refund for cancellations made more than 30 days prior to reservation dates.
• Easter Week; 4 night minimum stay. A 50% payment is due at the moment of the reservation. Will be no reimbursement for cancellations, no-shows, or unused portion of services.
• Christmas and New Year Week; 4 night minimum stay during Christmas and New Year’s week. A 50% payment is due at the moment of the reservation. Will be no reimbursement for cancellations, no-shows, or unused portion of services.
